Sweet Potato/Cranberry Bake Recipe

4 large sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled, cut into 1/4 in slices
2 C fresh or frozen canberries
1/2 C brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 C orange juice

1/2 C chopped walnuts
1/4 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp butter or margarine

Layer half the sweet potatoes, cranberries, brown sugar and butter in 9 x 9 baking dish; repeat the layers and pour orange juice over the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Combine the nuts, cinnamon and brown sugar for the topping; cut in the butter/margarine. Sprinkle over the hot sweet potatoes; uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
