1 cups grated cheddar or Colby cheese
1 can Jalapeno relish
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 rib celery, finely chopped
green pepper, finely chopped
1 16 oz. can kidney beans, mashed with juice
c. catsup
2/3 chopped black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat, drain. Add all ingredients but olives and cheese. Simmer over low heat until vegetables are cooked. Add cheese and olives. Serve hot with king size Fritos.
