3 tbsp butter
2 cups uncooked macaroni
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
4 cups milk
lb. Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in baking dish. Pour macaroni into melted butter. Stir to coat. Slice cheese; cut each slice in fourths. Add seasonings, cheese, and cold milk to macaroni. Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 hours. Do not stir while baking. This bakes to a golden brown; if too brown for you, cover with foil and lower oven temperature.
