2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
2 8 oz jar taco sauce
1 tablespoon chicken instant bouillon
2 cups half and half
12 8 inch flour tortillas
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken and taco sauce in large saucepan; cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring often. Dissolve bouillon in half & half in a large skillet over low heat. (do not boil.) Zap tortillas in microwave briefly to soften slightly. Dip each tortilla into half & half mixture. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon chicken mixture in center of each tortilla; roll up tightly, and place seam side down in a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Pour remaining half & half mixture over tortillas, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
