2 cups cooked chicken, cut into large chunks
cup sliced water chestnuts
cup seedless green rapes, cut in half
cup celery, chopped
cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, celery, almonds and pineapple chunks. Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice. Toss with chick mixture. Chill several hours before serving
