1 head savory cabbage
1 hot pepper, cut lengthwise
5 cloves garlic
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up cabbage and 1 hot pepper.
Put olive oil in bottom of frying pan to cover; add cabbage, pepper and garlic.
Add a little water and more oil on top of cabbage. Salt and pepper to taste
Cover; cook
