2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 c. margarine, softened
1 and 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in blender
at low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 10" pie plate. Let stand 5 minutes.
Sprinkle flaked coconut over top. Bake for 40 min. or until inserted knife comes out clean. Serve warm or cool.
