Dip:
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chili sauce
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish, drained
2 TBSP finely chopped onion

Vegetables:
Scallions, broccoli, carrots, peppers, celery, radishes, cauliflower, cucumber, zucchini, summer squash

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Beat in sour cream. Fold in chili sauce, relish and onion. Refrigerate. Serve in hollowed out eggplant, [or serving bowl,] with raw vegetables on the side.
