1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 large cabbage, coarsely diced [large chunks]
salt and pepper
sugar
caraway seed
1 cup chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion, then cabbage in dutch oven.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 45 minutes.
