Fresh Spinach (1 Bag)
Cheddar Cheese ( I use Mild)
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
6 strips crisp bacon
Box of Fresh Mushrooms
Grape tomatoes halved (optional)

Dressing:
1/2 c. oil
14 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp. minced onion


Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients. Prepare salad dressing and chill in separate container. Shake dressing well and put over salad when ready to serve. (Don't pour dressing on salad until you are ready to eat.)
