˝ c. butter ˝ c. finely chopped onions ˝ pound mushrooms ˝ pound chicken livers 1 ˝ tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. Lemon juice 2 hard boiled eggs Pepper
Melt butter and sauté onions until golden. Add mushrooms and liver and cook until tender—about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add seasonings. Puree in blender adding eggs cut in quarters as the mixture softens. Put in bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before serving.
