4 baked potatoes
1 can sliced carrots
4 oz. lowfat cream cheese
2 tablespoons skim milk
Salt
Pepper
Scallions

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop out potatoes. Whip all but scallions together. Put back in potato skin. Sprinkle with scallions. Bake until brown and heated through.
