1 pan cornbread
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble cornbread and stir together with remaining ingredients, using enough mayo to make it all stick together. Sprinkle additional grated cheese on top and garnish with tomato wedges or sliced boiled eggs.
