1 1/2 cups milk 9 red skin potatoes 3/4 cup cream 3/4 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard nutmeg
Boil potatoes until cooked. Let cool, peel and cube. Make sauce by combining all remaining ingredients and cooking until cheese melts and sauce thickens somewhat. Pour sauce over potatoes in casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
