2 8 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Dash garlic salt
Dash white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Season to taste. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, Melba toast, or Doritos. Can add 1 small can green chilies for more spicy dip.
