1 1/2 c. brown sugar,
2/3 c. oil,
1 egg,
1 c.buttermilk,
1 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. baking powder,
1 tsp. baking soda,
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325

Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 50 minutes, or until done.
