12 slices bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate.
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed for one minute. Pour gently into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and inserted knife comes out clean. [50-55 minutes] Let stand 5 min. before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.

*this may also be cooked in the microwave. It will not brown, but it will taste just as good:
Microwave on High 3 min, then on Medium 18 min.
