4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
1 onion, sliced
1 can vegetable soup, diluted with 1/2 can water
6 medium potatoes, sliced about 1/4 inch
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops and place in a casserole dish.
Season with salt and pepper. cover chops with sliced onion and sliced potatoes. Pour the diluted soup over all and cover. Bake in moderate oven 375 for 1 hour or until meat and potatoes are tender.
