5 C rhubarb, cut up
3 C sugar
3 oz box of strawberry or raspberry gelatin
a drop or two of red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the rhubarb and sugar and let stand overnight. Stir again in the morning. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes; remove from heat; remove scum.

Add the gelatin and food coloring; stir for 5 minutes; put in jars and cover with paraffin.
