Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large cans yellow hominy
2 large cans white hominy
1 regular can medium pitted olives
sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
shredded jack cheese
chopped green onions
One 7 oz. can Ortega diced green chilies
small spoon of Ortega diced jalapeno, if heat desired (be careful!)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in bowl to taste. Make sure to use enough sour cream so that casserole is moist, not dry. I prefer to use a flatter casserole so there is more crust, but a soufflé dish works very well. Top with more shredded cheese on top before placing in 350 degree oven to bake for about 45 minutes.
