Ingredients:
¼ c. canola oil
¼ c. puget olive oil
¼ c. fresh lemon juice
½ c. grated regianno parmesan
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 cubes garlic
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Throw all ingredients into blender and whirl away! Makes approximately 1 ¾ cup dressing. Best made 1 day in advance. You can easily double this recipe.

Toss with roughly torn romaine lettuce and croutons. I prefer “Just Off Melrose” caesar croutons. My next favorite is La Brea Bakery garlic and cheese croutons.
