1 head cabbage
1 lb ground beef
1 c onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage rather coarsely. Sauté hamburger and onion. Heat through but do not brown. Season. Put a layer of about 3 cups cabbage in a 2 quart casserole. Cover with beef and a second layer of cabbage. Pour tomato soup over all. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 ˝ hours.
