1/2 gallon ice cream 1/2 cup melted butter 2 cups rice chex 2/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup nut meats 1 cup flaked coconut
Mix rice chex, nut meats, brown sugar and coconut; then add melted butter and mix until all of the ingredients are moistened. Put about 2/3 of the mixture in a 9x13-inch pan. Spread the ice cream over this. Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the top of the ice cream. Put in freezer to freeze. To serve cut into squares.
