4 c. cubed French bread
6 T. olive oil
3 T. red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 t. dried oregano
1 t. salt
3/4 t. black pepper
1/8 t. dried crushed red pepper
1 large head romaine, chopped
4 or 5 large plum tomatoes, chopped
2 c. chopped smoked ham
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed
3 green onions, chopped
whole black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes on a baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Whisk together olive oil and next 6 ingredients. Reserve 1 cup bread cubes. Scatter remaining cubes on a large platter. Top with lettuce and next 3 ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and toss. Let stand 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining bread cubes and green onions.
