1 lb. beef sirloin, 1-1 1/2" thick
1 T. olive oil
1 1/4 t. Greek seasoning
8 c. mixed salad greens
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. reduced fat sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 t. Greek seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yogurt, sour cream, milk and 1 t. Greek seasoning. Cut steak into 4x4 1/4" strips. Heat oil over med-high heat. Add steak to skillet and sprinkle with 1 1/4 t. Greek seasoning. Cook, stirring often, until browned. Assemble salad and top with beef and dressing.
