1/3 c. olive oil
2 T. orange juice
2 T. lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 (10 oz.) package finely shredded cabbage
1 large carrot, shredded
1 jalapeņo pepper, seeded and diced
1/4 c. chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together olive oil and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add shredded cabbage and remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Cover and chill.
