graham cracker crumbs
butter

2-8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 c. sugar

1 pint sour cream
2 TBSP sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375

Make graham cracker crust in bottom of spring-form pan.

Beat together well: cream cheese, eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2/3 c. sugar.
Pour into crust. Bake 20 minutes.
Remove and cool 15 minutes.

Turn oven heat up to 425

Combine Sour Cream, 2 TBSP sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour over first mixture and bake 10 minutes more.

Cool overnight.
