4 Whole-wheat pitas (or pannini flatbread)
8 oz Round eye steak (sliced)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 red onion
1 cucumber
2 and half tomatoes
1/2 head lettuce
4 tbsp Feta
4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 tsp rosemary
1/3 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Uncle George's Greek spice

Directions:

Beef:
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in frying pan at medium heat,
add 2 cloves garlic finely chopped, add in stripes of steak. Shake on Georges Greek Spice.
After steak is lightly browned add in red onion and cook steak to personal preference and than set aside in a bowl.
Slice up: tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce crumble Feta.Then set aside.
Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a frying pan and toss in one pita. Cook until light brown then flip to heat each side. Sprinkle Greek spice on one side while cooking. Heat up all four pitas and place on warm plate. On seasoned side of Pita spread on tazikki, add steak, feta, cucumber and tomato and lettuce.
Fold over wrap. Serve with Lazy Tzaikiki Sauce (see recipe in sauces section)
