Ingredients:
1/2 cup sesame ginger marinade
1 lb top sirloin steak, thinly sliced (I cube mine AFTER cooking)
1 mango diced
1 medium red bell pepper cut into thin strips (I chopped mine)
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1 jalapeņo pepper seeded, finely chopped
1 tbsp oil
8 large butter lettuce leaves, washed and dried

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the marinade and beef in a large reseal able plastic bag.Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or overnight.
Combine mango, red pepper, carrot and jalapeņo pepper set aside.
Remove the beef and discard the marinade. In a large skillet set over medium high, heat the oil. Cook the beef in batches, stirring occasionally, until desired doneness is reached. To serve, place beef strips down the centre of each lettuce leaf, top with mango mixture, roll and enjoy, serves 4

If I want to make it the day before, I will cube my meat after cooking. I will combine red pepper, carrots and jalapeņo set it aside. Wash the lettuce.
Next day combine everything add mango and serve it cold and let people make their own wraps. That is why meat is cubed small, as it is now
cold.
