1 lb. pork sausage
1 can crescent rolls
1 cup shredded hash browns, thawed
1 cup Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Cook sausage til brown, drain. Using a Pizza Pan take the crescent rolls using the points toward the center of the pan to make the crust. Spoon the sausage on to the crust, sprinkle in hashbrowns. In a bowl beat together the eggs, milk, salt and seasonings. Pour into crust, sprinkle chedder cheese over the top, then parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
