Mongolian Beef Recipe

1 lb sirloin
2 yellow onions
1 green pepper
2 T. coarse ground black pepper
1 c. thick style Teriyaki sauce
2 T. cooking oil

Slice the sirloin into thin, bite-sized strips. Slice the onions and pepper into thin julienne strips.

In a large wok or frying pan, heat the oil on med-high heat.

Add the onions, peppers, half the Teriyaki sauce, and half the pepper. Cook until the onions are soft or caramelized, adding water 1 Tbs at a time if necessary.

Add the beef and the remaining Teriyaki sauce and pepper, cook until the beef is done.

Serve over white rice.
