1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 pkg. soft cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. milk
1 8oz Cool Whip, thawed
2 pkg. (4oz.) chocolate instant pudding
3 1/2 c. cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine cracker, 1/4 c.sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 9 X 13 cake pan.

2. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and 2 T. milk until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over crust.

3. Using 3 1/2 c. cold milk, prepare pudding as directed. Pour over cheese layer and chill several hours or overnight.

4. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Add serve
