3 C cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 C margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 C sugar (white or brown)

Topping:
1/2 C melted margarine
1/2 C chopped nuts
1/2 C brown sugar
1 C crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, margarine, eggs and sugar. Put in greased casserole dish (8 inch square). Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. This can be frozen before baking. Should be thawed before baking.

Mix topping ingredients together and scatter the mixture over the top of the hot sweet potatoes. Brown under broiler until bubbly. Watch carefully as it burns easily.
