2 1/2 cups of unsifted flour
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup soften butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 cups grated unpeeled zucchini
2 teaspoons orange peel
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
ORANGE GLAZE:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon orange peel
1 Tablespoon orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
1- Combine flour and cocoa in a bowl. Sift together into flour; the baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
2- In the large mixing bowl, beat soften butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add 3 eggs, one at a time, beating on medium speed. Add zucchini, orange peel and vanilla. Mix well.
3- Alternately, mix 1/3 flour mixture into eggs, blend well. Then add 1/3 of the milk and blend. Add remainder of the flour followed by the remainder of milk. Mix together on medium speed. Add the chopped nuts.
4-Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 13" X 9" X 2" baking pan. Pour batter unto prepared pan and bake cake for 45 minutes. Cool cake for 15 minutes before removing it from the pan. Frost with the glaze.
ORANGE GLAZE:
1- Combine powdered sugar, orange peel and stir to blend. Drizzle over the top of the cake.
