6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup 1 3oz. cream cheese 1 8oz. sour cream
Place chicken breasts in 9x13 shallow baking pan. In sauce pan combine soup, cream cheese and sour cream. Heat on low just until cream cheese is melted and all 3 are mixed together. Pour mixture over chicken breasts. Cover and bake at 300º for 1 hour.Uncover and bake another 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
