1 lg. bag of shrimp
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato puree
1 lg. green pepper (seeded and sliced)
1 lg. onion
1 pkg. spaghetti seasoning
1 garlic clove (chopped)
2 cans water (tomato cans)
4 c. instant rice

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan cook pepper, onion and garlic until tender in 1 tbsp. oil. Add tomatoes, puree, water and seasonings. Bring to boil, boil 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 5 more minutes.Add rice,. (if using pre-cooked rice add shrimp at same time as rice). Remove from heat and cover. Serve when rice is tender.
