1/2 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 to 1 1/2 cups Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped celery
1 to 2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, shredded

Directions:

Rinse macaroni with cold water and drain. Stir in mayo. Add celery, onion, salt and pepper. Add cheese and mix well. Chill before serving.
