3-1/2 cups fresh hulled strawberries 3/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup water 1 baked pie shell
Line baked shell with strawberries. Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and water. Cook over low heat slowly until thickened and clear (about 5 minutes). Pour glaze over the strawberries. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and whole berries.
