1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup sugar 2 eggs beaten 3 bananas (mashed) 2 cups flour 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3 T. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs and banana and beat well. Add milk and vanilla, beat well. Add dry ingredients except nuts beat well. Stir in nuts. Bake in a greased loaf pan lined in bottom with wax paper. Bake 60 minutes at 350º. Cool well.
