1 C shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz )
1/4 C butter or margarine
1/2 C flour
1/2 TSR paprika
1/4 TSR salt
24 small pimento stuffed olives, dried on paper toweling

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cheese, and butter or margarine; stir in dry ingredients.

Divide dough into 24 pieces; mold a piece of dough around each olive, covering completely. Arrange on cookie sheet and freeze until solid. Bake frozen cheese balls at 425 degrees 15 - 20 minutes.

Can be baked without freezing; bake only 8 - 10 minutes.
