1 Angel Food Cake
2 Boxes Strawberry Jell-O
2 10oz Boxes frozen strawberries
2 Cups Heavy whipping cream
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-o in 2 cups boiling water
Mix well
Add the frozen strawberries to the hot jell-o mix and let stand until semi-thickened (stir occasionally to separate strawberries)
Whip the cream and add the sugar
Blend whipped cream into the strawberry jell-o mixture.
Cut or tear the Angel Food Cake into pieces.
Using 1/2 the cake, layer bottom of a 9x13 cake pan
pour 1/2 jell-o cream mixture on the cake
Layer other 1/2 of cake
Top with Jell-O mixture
Refrigerate until set
Cut into squares and serve
