1/4 BROWN SUGAR
1/4 MOLASSES
1 EGG, SLIGHTLY BEATEN OR 1/4 C. EGG SUB.
1 CUP FLOUR
1/3 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1 CUP CARROTS, GRATED
1/3 RAISINS
1 1/4 CUPS QUICK COOKING OATMEAL
1/4 TEASPOON NUTMEG
1/4 CUP NONFAT POWDERED MILK

Directions:
1- BEAT TOGETHER THE OIL, BROWN SUGAR, MOLASSES, EGG OR EGG SUBSTITUTE.
2- SIFT THE FLOOR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, NUTMEG, DRY MILK, SALT, CINNAMON INTO OIL MIXTURE BLEND WELL.
3- ADD CARROTS, RAISINS, AND OATS. BEAT INTO MIXTURE WELL.
4- BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN 375 F. FOR 10 MINUTES.
