Broccoli Quiche Recipe

Pillsbury all ready pie crust
1 tsp. flour

4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 cup half & half
2 T. onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp. thyme
9 oz. pkg. broccoli
3/4 cup shredded cheese

Heat oven to 350
In large bowl combine eggs, half & half, onion, salt and thyme. Set aside.
Sprinkle bottom of pie shell with flour, then layer broccoli and cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top, and bake for 40 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
Cut into wedges to serve.
