4 cans of sliced beets
1 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon or 1 stick

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, vinegar, allspice, cloves and cinnamon and boil.

Add beets and boil 10 minutes.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
