Ingredients:  
1 small onion, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 stick butter
1 cup uncooked Uncle Ben's long grain converted rice
2 cans beef broth
oregano, and garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Pour into baking dish. Add rice and broth and season with oregano and garlic salt. Bake in covered dish for 1 hour at 350.
