Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
6 oz. can tomato paste
3 cups hot water
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 - 1/2 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onions, pour off excess fat, add tomato paste, water and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serves 4-6
