2 lbs. ground beef
6 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1 med. chopped onion
1 can cheddar cheese soup
8 oz. 1 cup milk
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
12-16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain meat. Add potatoes, salt, pepper and onions. Mix well. Mix milk and soup, then add to meat mixture. Put into buttered 13 x 9 pan. Mix tomato sauce, oregano and sugar, pour on top of meat mixture. Lay 3-4 small pats of butter on top sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Top with cheese and bake until cheese melts.
