Directions:
Mix together Liquid Smoke, Worcestershire sauce, and spices. Put brisket in aluminum foil in a pan and pour the liquid over it. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Add 3/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 tsp. pepper. Reseal and cook for 3-1/2 hours at 300º. Open foil and pour 2 cups of your favorite bottled BBQ sauce over the brisket. Reseal and bake for 1 hour more, basting every 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the meat from the pan and slice thinly, against the grain. Pour sauce over and serve on buns or as a main dish.

Personal Notes:
Vel Volek's recipe. This is good when baked ahead and frozen, then reheated and served as a main dish for unexpected company.
