1 c. flour, sifted
1/2 c. corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 T. shortening
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together into bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk. Stir lightly until mixture is dampened. Turn out on lightly floured board. Knead gently a few times. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut (2 inches). Serve with the Chili Pot Pie recipe found in the Beef Main Courses section of this cookbook.
