Tatsoi lettuce (if you can't find it use baby romaine) torn into bite-sized pieces
Fresh pineapple cut into tidbits
Fresh mango cut into small pieces
Shredded fresh coconut
Mango-lime vinaigrette

Directions:

Mix all together, adding the dressing at the last minute.

If you have fresh wontons put them on top, or use some other VERY light topper.
